We are not hiring people to maintain yesterday’s software.

AI is moving from something people ask questions to something capable of performing work. The difficult part is no longer the demo. It is giving AI enough business context, authority and control to become useful inside a real company.

TEMRIK is building that operating layer: company memory, playbooks, agent workflows, permissions, evidence and human approval.

These roles exist because important parts of that future still need to be invented — technically, as a product and in the market.
