Implementation

Start with one workflow. Prove every boundary.

TEMRIK onboarding converts a real operating gap into a configured, testable workflow. Production-dependent actions remain locked until the business owner and technical evidence authorise activation.

Discover · Configure · Validate · Activate · Improve

A practical route from operating knowledge to controlled action.

The customer brings the rules and authority. TEMRIK turns them into a visible workflow, tests the exceptions and activates only the approved scope.

01

Discover

Choose one material enquiry-to-action gap. Map demand sources, required facts, current decisions, handoffs and business risk.

Customer inputs

  • Process owner
  • Representative enquiries
  • Current systems and channels
02

Configure

Translate the operating model into tenant-specific services, fields, qualification logic, escalation and approval thresholds.

Customer inputs

  • Approved service scope
  • Coverage and eligibility
  • Authority matrix
03

Validate

Run synthetic scenarios across expected, incomplete, sensitive and exception paths. Record outcomes and revise the configuration.

Customer inputs

  • Named UAT operator
  • Test scenarios
  • Acceptance criteria
04

Activate

Enable only the approved interface and external-action scope after technical, operational, privacy and provider checks pass.

Customer inputs

  • Production evidence
  • Approved destination
  • Go-live authority
05

Improve

Review workflow evidence, exceptions and operator feedback. Expand only after the first path is stable and useful.

Customer inputs

  • Decision review
  • Exception backlog
  • Change approval

Implementation questions

Clear expectations before production.

How long does implementation take?+

Scope depends on the workflow, data, interfaces, jurisdiction and customer availability. TEMRIK confirms the delivery plan after discovery rather than advertising a generic timeline.

Do we need to replace existing software?+

No default replacement is assumed. Discovery identifies what remains the system of record and which controlled interfaces the workflow requires.

What does UAT cover?+

Expected enquiries, missing data, no-fit paths, escalation, sensitive cases, approval outcomes, interface failure and the external actions proposed for activation.

When can a channel go live?+

After configuration, registration, privacy, provider, security, operator and production-evidence requirements for that channel and market are satisfied.

Choose the first workflow worth protecting.

We’ll help define its inputs, rules, review points and activation gates.
