Integrations & channels
Connect the workflow without hiding the boundary.
TEMRIK treats every channel and system as a scoped production dependency. Configure the workflow first; cross a system boundary only after the interface, authority and evidence are approved.
The connection model
Five layers. One visible chain of authority.
This is the integration architecture, not a logo wall. TEMRIK does not claim a named platform connection until it has been configured and verified for the required use.
Enquiry channels
Phone, messaging, web, chat and email can supply demand once the relevant channel, registration and data boundary are approved.
Customer systems
CRM, booking, field-service and practice systems can provide context or receive authorised outcomes after a scoped interface is verified.
Operating data
Services, locations, availability, coverage, price inputs and authority rules shape each tenant's decisions.
External providers
Messages, dispatch operations and other provider actions stay separate from preparation and require explicit authority.
Commercial systems
Accounting, payments and billing remain outside live claims until their production controls and evidence are approved.
Inbound
Bring in only the approved context.
Each interface starts with a field-level contract: what arrives, which tenant it belongs to, what may be stored and what uncertainty requires review.
Outbound
Release only the authorised action.
A prepared response, booking, handoff or provider instruction remains distinct from permission to execute it.
Integration questions
What gets decided during implementation.
Which systems does TEMRIK connect to?+
The required CRM, scheduling, field-service, practice, accounting or provider interfaces are identified in discovery. Named availability is confirmed only after interface and production evidence exists.
Is SMS live?+
No public production-SMS claim is made. Messaging activation depends on registration, provider configuration and production verification for the relevant market.
Can we configure before integrations?+
Yes. Services, intake, rules, approvals, handoffs and synthetic scenarios can be mapped and tested before production connections are activated.
How are failures handled?+
Configured uncertainty and interface failure route to a visible handoff or locked state rather than silently creating an external commitment.
